Interview Scheduler
Job Description
Person in the interview scheduler role will receive pre-screened resumes from a team member and will then have to contact the candidate and the appropriate interview panel and schedule an interview. The interview scheduler is responsible for ensuring that the entire interview process which may include multiple rounds of interview is conducted smoothly. They will need to minimize last minute candidate and panel drop outs, ensure that feedback is collected and conveyed to the candidate.
