Mandatory Skills : VMAX, VPLEX, SYMMETRIX, DMX, Clariion, VNX, Centerra, Celerra, Linux Shell Scripting.

What you will be doing :

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Principal Responsibilities:

• Implement & support Data Migration solution

• Implement & support Disaster recovery solution

• Implement local replication using Storage products for testing and backup.

• Install, implement and support new Storage hardware 

• Implement  local replication using Storage products for testing and backup

• Analyze and understand the customer infrastructure and project deliverables

            • Ability to perform in high stress fast paced customer driven software organization                    

Mandatory Skills:

·         Implementation/administrative skills on Symmetrix, DMX, VMAX, Clariion, VNX, Brocade and Cisco switches, exposure to windows and different unix flavors like Solaris/AIX/HP-UX/Linux

·         Scripting skills using Shell/perl, VPLEX

What You Need :-

Experience & Skills:

• Knowledge on Storage products & technologies like Symmetrix/DMX, VMAX, Centera, Celerra, Clariion, VNX,etc.

• Design skills on SAN, NAS, CAS

• Knowledge and working experience of implementing and designing of Data Migration within Storage hardware.

• Knowledge and working experience on Software’s like SAN copy, Open replicator, Open Migrator, SRDF, Time Finder Replistor, Recoverpoint, Replication Manager, Power Path.

• Strong knowledge on operating systems like UNIX and Windows and awareness on Virtualization and VMware.

• An implementation skill on Storage products is a must.

• Specialist Certification in any of Storage products, ITIL is an added advantage.

• Integrating different applications like Oracle, Sql, Sybase, SAP etc into storage is an added plus.

• Experience on virtualizing storage array environment & data mobility using VPLEX is added plus.
