Job Description :
• Responsible for providing technical support at the client/ Bank site in timely manner.
• Monitoring Bank's Switch and other systems at client / Bank’s site.
• Resolving technical issues relating to transactions and ATMs through Emails / telephonic support.
• Liaising with internal / external teams for resolving technical issues at the earliest.
• Liaising with vendors for issues related to ATM, PoS & Network.
• Providing reports to Bank as per requirement.
• Responsible for day to day activities like ATM addition, Branch addition, Card Blocking, etc., in BASE24 and other Bank’s system.
