Job Description
> Installation and managing of Windows operating system
(Win98, 2000, XP professional, 2K3, Vista, Windows7)
> Installation and Troubleshooting of Hardware and Software
> Handling Lotus Server & Domain Server
> Add & remove user's in specific groups in Domain Server
> Managing Lotus administrator and client 8.5
> Creating Lotus Mail Id files, Recertify ID files & troubleshoot
> Lotus notes client Installation, configuration & troubleshooting
> Handling Lotus users remotely using Teamviewer, vnc, netmeeting
> Taking daily mail backup & set quota for Lotus notes users
> Managing Symantec endpoint protection Manager & client
> Managing Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner
> Vendor co-ordination, supply Management and end user support
> Resolution of user calls related to Desktop / Laptop (day to day problem fixing)
> Update anti-virus tools periodically on client machines.
