Operations Executive – Infrastructure Management Services
Job Description :
Incident management, reporting & tracking
Recording incidents through phone calls, web chats, emails and self service tools
Provide excellent customer service to the end users
Escalate issues as needed to the team lead
Comply with the incident management process in the project
Take project specific trainings and up skill knowledge
Proper documentation and escalation of incidents as appropriate
Follow up with escalation partners on faster resolution of incidents
Communicate to end users about the status of incidents
Create reports on the team performance
Document solutions and publish to external knowledge base
Provide feedback on processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
Mentor/ Train juniors in the team
Locations : Bangalore, Mysore
Experience 0 - 1 years
Key Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Able to work 24/7 environment and ready to relocate across Infosys locations;
Problem Solving skills; Strong interpersonal skills
Industry : IT/ Computers - Software
