Software Support Engineer (3LS) For Cognos8 - ISL

Desired Profile :


# 0-24 months (preferably on higher side)

# Minimum 16 or more years of education required

# Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical

# C++, Java, MS Windows, Unix (at least one of HP, AIX, Solaris)


# Knowledge of OS commands and tools related to performance and memory monitoring

# Strong written and verbal English Communication skills.

# Technical knowledge and practical experience with IIS, Apache or other web servers

# HTML and XML expertise , OLAP, SQL basics, Database administration basics (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle)

# Programming experience considered an asset

# Unix/Linux system administration basics, Networking and TCP/IP knowledge, Comfortable debugging/troubleshooting complex issues

# Ability to work under pressure with both internal and external customers, Self motivation and desire for on-going learning
