The immediate plans forecast a quick ramp-up to about 250 persons. In this regard we are on the look out for people from Chennai,Bangalore and Hyderabad showing aptitude for testing and having the requisite educational background and work experience.

Software Testing
a. Understanding the Test Process
b. Write test cases
c. Execute test cases
d. Learning New Domains
e. Get Trained in Test Design/Execution Deliverables

Qualification : BCA/BSc/Bcom(with computer awareness)

Year of Passing : 2009 only

Other criteria:

a. Must have good communication skill, should be able to communicate with confidence
b. Must be willing to relocate to anywhere in the world on a project to project basis
c. Must be willing to sign a bond for 3 years and submit all marksheets/degree certificate in original right from X std to highest degree as collateral for bond

On Selection – 3 month training GRADUATE TRAINEE NIL

On successful completion of 3 month training in software testing TEST ASSOCIATE 1.2Lp.a

On completion of 1 year as Test Associate TEST ENGINEER 1.6L p.a

On completion of 1 year as Test Engineer TEST ENGINEER 2.0L p.a
