Interview Scheduler


Job Description

Person in the interview scheduler role will receive pre-screened resumes from a team member and will then have to contact the candidate and the appropriate interview panel and schedule an interview. The interview scheduler is responsible for ensuring that the entire interview process which may include multiple rounds of interview is conducted smoothly. They will need to minimize last minute candidate and panel drop outs, ensure that feedback is collected and conveyed to the candidate.

Basic eligibility criteria:

Experience : 0-1 years of relevant recruitment experience

Communication skills Excellent spoken and written English

Computer skills: High level of proficiency using MS office applications particularly

Outlook, excel, word.

Skills Required:

•Good communication skills are essential for this role

•High energy levels

•Candidates should be well organized ,have the ability to multi-task

•Result oriented candidates who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done
