Roles and Responsibilities:-
Will be responsible for handling calls that comes to IAS Technical Helpdesk.- Should be able to troubleshoot and give 1st level online solution over the tollfree and register 100% of t he calls with proper information captured, classify as defined in SOP by capturing the relevant technical information, adhering to the QA norms set.- Should be able to handle 1st level escalation calls from end users, write business friendly emails, Should be a excellent team player and should posses excellent customer orientation skills.

Soft Skills :

Customer service skills, Basic Telephone Etiquette, Customer Orientation, Communication skills (email & voice), Listening skills, Able to answer customer queries politely and effectively. 100% Process knowledge and adherence. System knowledge:Knowledge/Hands-on exposure on Hardware & Networking OS - Windows, Linux, Novell.
