Oracle Configurator provides industry-leading constraint-based configuration technology, tools for modeling configurable products, and rule-based runtime user interface generation so that when salespeople or customers configure a product, the experience of selecting options focuses precisely on what is needed and valid.
It's easy to include configuration technology in an Oracle E-Business Suite solution because Oracle Configurator is fully integrated in Bills of Material, Order Management, TeleSales, the Telecommunications Services Ordering solution (MACD), and CRM applications such as iStore, Field Sales, Contracts, and Quoting.
It’s also possible to integrate Oracle Configurator with other legacy applications or implement Configurator as a standalone application. Gartner recognizes Oracle Configurator as the leader in the sales configuration space.Approximately 500 customers are at some stage of implementation, with many of them running Oracle Configurator live as part of their business.

Our work involves developing a state-of-the-art constraint system, a semanticaly rich, highly metadata-driven data model, workflows, generated HTML and DHTML UIs, model publishing, a Java API, Java model extension capabilities, and more.

Brief Description
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Detailed Description
As a member of the software engineering division, you will develop software according to provided design specifications. Analyze system requirements and existing business processes and information systems. Build enhancements and resolve bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans.

Job Requirements
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience.
