Uptime by attending and closing VSAT Maintenance calls and there by reaching SLAsAttending NSEiT Software Installations / Lease line Maintenance calls / Patchup gradaing.24 * 7 OperationsUpdating Smart Engineer Daily.Customer Satisfaction.Preventive & Break down Maintenance.Process Adherence & prevent / avoid any violation..Adherence to Security Policies & Procedures Desired Profile: Handling Day to day Calls, Resolution of the same within stipulated periodResponding to and co coordinating customer calls. & Channelised Escalation.** DIPLOMA PEOPLE NEED TO APPLY ONLY **
